Venue Only Package
This package provides access to the Rock Creek Farm venue for up to 100 guests. It includes a 2-hour rehearsal time the day before the event and venue availability on the event day from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm. The package offers various amenities such as chandelier lighting, outdoor market string lighting, a covered and lighted pavilion for the reception, a private caterers' kitchen, heated and air-conditioned restrooms and kitchen area. Additional options are available, including catering, wedding coordinator services, rental items, and more.
Venue Plus Package
This package includes everything in the Venue Only Package and extends the venue availability to 4 hours for rehearsal and early decorating. It offers additional features such as memory hutch, gift table, cake table, custom wood bar, ceremony chairs, reception chairs, sweetheart table, table linens, set up and break down of tables and chairs, trash removal, golf cart for shuttle use, and bridal suite access. Similar to the Venue Only Package, additional options are available for customization.
Premium Package
This package provides an upgraded experience for up to 150 guests. It includes all the features of the Venue Plus Package and offers enhancements such as lit torches along the fence line, additional chairs and tables, a larger bridal suite, and an increased floral allotment budget. The Premium Package also includes services like in-house wedding director, DJ, bartender, custom wedding invitations, and more.
All Inclusive Package
The All-Inclusive Wedding Package caters to your every need from 8:00am to 11:00pm, ensuring a stress-free experience. It includes venue access for photos, rehearsal, and setup, along with parking assistance and shuttle service. Enjoy comprehensive planning with an in-house coordinator and wedding director, full-service staff, and a detailed event timeline. The package features a luxurious bridal suite, a groom's game room, various ceremony site options with decorations, and complete setup services. It offers a choice of chairs, tables, a covered pavilion, and elegant lighting. Amenities include high-quality tableware, a customizable gourmet wedding cake, and a buffet meal. Also included are a generous floral budget, professional DJ, bartender, custom invitations, and an officiant. All setups, takedowns, and cleanups are handled by the staff, allowing you to focus solely on your special day.
